Yes — AnnotationBase works on any live website, staging environment, or localhost. If you can open it in a browser, you can annotate it.
Do my clients need an account to leave feedback?
No. You share a review link and your client clicks it. They can leave comments straight away without creating an account or downloading anything.
What happens to my feedback if I stop using AnnotationBase?
You can export all your comments and project data at any time. Your data always belongs to you.
Is the free plan actually free — forever?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no credit card required. The free plan is limited in features but you can use it for as long as you like.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy within the first 30 days of a paid plan, get in touch and we'll make it right. We'd rather sort it out than have you leave unhappy.
